Jane Clarke
Following 3 years in KPMG, Dublin Jane enrolled in
Darina Allen’s renowned Ballymaloe cookery school in January
2002. After completing the 3 month certificate course Jane
began her culinary travels with a ski season in Val d’Isere
working with prestigious ski company YSE as a cook in their
A grade chalet. Jane spent the winter in France and returned
to take up the role of Business Development Manager for
award winning food company McConnells Gourmet Smoked Foods.
While developing new business for McConnells Jane spent
her evening’s teaching cookery classes at Cooks Academy
in Dublin as well as catering from high profile clients
all over Ireland.
Jane continues to cook for parties and events, has contributed on local radio on food related issues and presents cookery classes to groups and individuals throughout the country.
